Q Describe a time when you should have had a face- to-face meeting instead of sending an electronic message. Why would the face-to-face meeting have been better?
There had been a situation of employee-layoffs in my previous organization for which there should have been a face-to-face meeting instead of sending an electronic message to the employees. The situation had become worse in my previous organization because of the beginning of the pandemic situation. The sales percentages had become low and there had been lower percentages of customers coming to the visit the retail store of my previous organization. The decision to lay off some of the employees had been on the basis of the poor performances of the employees.
